 DK Home Services is owned and operated by Don Loveless. In addition to 25 years experience in the renovation industry Don brings 22 years experience as a full time career fire fighter to the table. You can be assured that your future home will receive a thorough fire safety inspection.

 Don is fully trained in home inspections. In addition to several Humber College “home inspection” courses Don has successfully completed the intensive home inspection training program at ITA Kaplan Institute, the largest home inspector training facility in North America. Don is a member of INTERNACHI (International Association of Home Inspectors) and adheres to the Standards and Code of Ethics of the home inspection industry. Don is also a sponsor of The Orangeville and District Real Estate Board.

 You are encouraged to be part of the home inspection process. Accompany the inspector throughout the house during the inspection. Ask questions. At the conclusion of the inspection Don will sit down with you and clearly explain his findings. You will be given a detailed written report on the spot. Should you have any questions in the future Don is always available to address your concerns.
